Welcome International Students, Scholars, and Families!

The Friends of the International Center are delighted to welcome you to the United States and to the University of California San Diego.

As you adjust to your new life in San Diego, we invite you and your family to become a part of our international community. We encourage you to attend the Family Orientation. It will give you a lot of helpful information about local resources and interesting activities. Children are welcome.

Afterwards, please join us for Wednesday Coffee, which is held every week from 10 a.m. to noon. There you will meet other international families, talk with our volunteers, and participate in special activities for adults and children. We hope you will return to this Wednesday Coffee every week.

We look forward to meeting you, and hope we can help make your stay at UC San Diego pleasant and rewarding.
