in the Demo Kitchen at 64 degrees on Revelle Campus
This is a very popular course and fills up quickly. Participation is $8.00 per person and enrollment is first come, first serve. The 2nd Thursday cooking group is led by Mary Woo and Keiko Hirai, and the 4th Thursday cooking group is led by Tashu Malik and Keiko Hirai. The classes will offer participants an opportunity to prepare and sample different dishes from around the world including those here in America. It will involve hands-on participation from preparing, cooking, serving, clean-up, and of course sharing the meal. Individuals can pay in advance at either Tuesday KAL or Wednesday Coffee or during sign up. Please note: There are NO refunds if you pay for a class and are unable to attend.
